- Dried Hibiscus Siftings
Dried hibiscus siftings offer all the characteristic flavour of main hibiscus flowers, but they can be a bit trickier to prepare. These tiny pieces require careful attention and diligence so as not to miss any impurities that could taint their delightful taste.
Dried Hibiscus Siftings stands as one of our core export products. This is because of its availability all year round albeit the peak period is between November and April, that is, the dry season. This product is widely grown in the tropics and its cultivation in Nigeria is highly concentrated in the country’s North, Eastern/Middle Belt regions. It is used to produce many products, including herbal tea, herbal medicines, syrups, and food colouring. It is also used in ready-to-serve beverages made by Knudson, whole foods, and other food and beverage producers.
We ship dried hibiscus fsiftings to major users in Western/Eastern Europe and Latin America. We export in whole flowers, sifting and fine cut. There are also varieties of Hibiscus Flowers available in Nigeria, and this would be supplied according to client request.
